For string orchestra. Experimenting with rhythms and harmonies in the style of Count Basie, but I get a little off base. Moderate difficulty, contrasting rhythms between parts, syncopations, chromaticism, some dissonance in form of 9ths and 11ths. For amateur or intermediate level players. Should be fun. FYI, Count Basie was from Red Bank, NJ.
